These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of joineternatampa.com (the "Site"), operated by Eterna Tampa ("Eterna Tampa," "we," "us," or "our"), an independently operated branch office in Tampa, Florida. By using the Site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Purpose of the Site

The Site describes independent agent opportunities with Eterna Tampa and lets you express interest by submitting an application. Nothing on the Site is an offer of employment or a guarantee that you will be contracted. Submitting an application does not create any agreement between you and Eterna Tampa. Any working relationship would be governed by a separate written agreement.

Independent contractor opportunity

Opportunities described on the Site are for independent contractors, not employees. Program details, including call volume, leads, pay schedules, tools, and requirements, describe how our programs generally work and may change at any time without notice.

No earnings guarantee

We do not promise or guarantee any level of income. Results depend on many factors, including your effort, skill, licensing, availability, and market conditions. Any figures on the Site describe program features, not expected earnings.

Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old to apply. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and belongs to you. Holding or obtaining an insurance license, E&O coverage, and any required certifications is your responsibility. We are currently not accepting residents of certain states, as listed on the Site.

Consent to be contacted

By submitting the application and checking the required box, you agree that Eterna Tampa and its licensed agents may contact you by phone at the number you provided, including through automated technology, and by email about your interest in becoming an agent. Consent to calls is not a condition of any purchase or contract. Optional consents for text messages and marketing emails are given separately on the form. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information or information about another person, attempting to interfere with the Site's operation, or using automated tools to access or collect data from it.

Names, logos, and content

The Eterna name and logo are used with permission. Carrier names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify carriers. All other content on the Site is owned by Eterna Tampa or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without written consent.

Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eterna Tampa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any application you submit.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
